Turmeric Latte
Anti inflammatory and immune boosting drink
Description
Great alterntive to caffeine
Ingredients
- 1 tsp grounded Turmeric or grate 1 thumb of Turmeric
- Optional 1/2 tsp grounded ginger or 1thumb of grated ginger
- mug of hot water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- Drizzle of organic honey
Recipe
- Pour hot water or plant based milk into a mug
- mix in all othjer ingredients
Either drink black with a dash of coconut oil or as a latte with coconut milk. Delicious for bed time and any time of day for an immune boosting drink with a kick.
