What is Sole?

Sole is essentially water that has been fully saturated with a natural salt. This isn't just a small amount of salt dissolved in water, but rather water that has absorbed as much natural salt as it is able and will not absorb any more. This is no ordinary salt but Pink Himalayan Salt, which has 84 trace minerals and is a pure form of sodium sourced from Pakistan.

While too much sodium in your diet can be unhealthy, skipping salt altogether isn't necessarily the solution. Sodium is a critical electrolyte that, along with potassium and chloride, helps to deliver water to your body's cells. That means a diet that's too low in sodium can actually increase your risk of dehydration.

Signs of dehydration are excessive urination, especially at night, slow cognition, low blood pressure and obviously thirst.

Potassium rich foods are found mainly in fruits and vegetables, especially bananas and avocados.

To create this, you need:
A large glass jar
2 measuring cups of Pink Himalayan salt
filtered water

Fill 1/4 glass jar with salt
Add filtered water, leaving around 1 inch from the top
put on the lid and shake
leave on counter overnight

Mix 1 tsp in a glass of water and consume on an empty stomach to help hydrate cells, plump skin and improve cognition.
