Blueberry Coulis
Full of Vitamin C and Antioxidants great for immune health, skin and anti ageing
Description
Any left over fruits, or berries past their expiration date are delicious served as a compote in yoghurt or as a jam on your favourite sourdough. Whether it's berry, pear or plum, goodness for all your family, without worrying about hidden nasties from a jar.
Ingredients
Left over fruit chopped and seeds and pips removed.
Drop of water
Drizzle of Honey to sweeten or brown/coconut sugar 1 tsp.
Recipe
Add all fruit and a drop of water into a pan
Simmer for 15 minutes
Stir and make sure your all the bits are smoothed out
Sweeten with honey or 1-2 tsps. of coconut sugar or brown sugar
Then leave to set
If still too runny you may add a pinch of guar guar or gelatine
