Maca is in the herb... not Paul McCartney :) It is a Peruvian herb, latin name Lepidium meyenii

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tbsp of Maca powder
  • 1 tbsp Raw Cacao
  • 2 tsps organic honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3/4 mug of plant based milk
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of Pink Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • pinch of Cayenne pepper
  • pinch of Cinnamon

Recipe

Mix all ingredients in a pan, bring to boil and pour into a mug.
