Chocolate Granola

Delicious GF Breakfasts for Fussy Little Eaters


  • 400g Rolled Oats
  • 100g Almond Flakes
  • 3 tbsps Raw Cacao Powder or Coco Powder
  • 6-8 tbsps. Organic Honey or Organic Maple Syrup
  • 4 t tbsps Coconut oil
  • A few handfuls of chocolate chips or nibs (
  • 50g pumpkin/sunflower seeds
  • Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt


  • Pre-heat oven to 180deg. fan assisted
  • In a large bowel mix all ingredients thoroughly, you may need to alter texture with more oil
  • Spread mixture onto large non stick baking tray, making sure all the oats are coated
  • Bake for 30 minutes, gently stiring the mixture, though not too much, as you want those delicious clusters
  • Remove from oven and allow for cooling
  • Store in an air tight container

Serve with delicoiusly cold almond milk, add fresh fruit for extra vitamins and antioxidants.

Enjoy as a mid afternoon snack on it's own or with yoghurt.
