Description

Chia Seed Pudding contains very low carbohydrates and high amounts of essential fats and proteins. The perfect way to start the day to balance blood sugars and increase energy.

Supports weight loss, immune support, skinhealth, gut health and energy.

Contains Omega 3s Essential Fatty Acids, we need to eat these important fats, as our body can't make them. Vegan sources are highest in Chia Seeds and Walnuts. Essential for lowering inflammation.

Antioxidants are found in bright coloured vegetables and fruits and Berries are bursing with these health boosting nutrients. Contains high amounts of Vitamin C, essential for immune support and lowering inflammation. I prefer frozen berries as it creates an extra fresh taste as if this pudding has appeared straight from the fridge.

Protein keeps us feeling full and is required to produce DNA and essential for life. I added Nut Butter and Full Fat Yoghurt to keep protein levels high, for an extra boost, add protein powder.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsps Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 sccop of protein powder (optional)
  • 2 handfuls of Frozen Summer Berries
