I feel strongly about children's nutritional health and well being. The foods we eat are able to communicate with genes and can support health and prevent disease right through to adulthood. This is known as epigenetics, where nutrition cannot change the gene's structure, though change the way it is expressed.

Working with a nutritionist can support the whole family and open up an array of interesting foods to help with all conditions and a consequence of this is healthy weight. Good nutrition is the foundation for health and you are never too old or too young to embark.
