It's such a surreal and difficult time for all of us right now and wanted to share with you some immune boosting supplements.

  • Cod Liver Oil either in capsule or Oil 3,000mg
  • Probiotics 10,000 IU
  • Vitamin D3 spray or oil 3,000 IU
  • Rosehip and Elderberry syrup or capsules 2,000 IU
  • N Acetyl Cysteine capsules 500mg
  • Vitamin C capsules or effervescent tablets 2,000 mg

Levels of supplementation depends on the person and above is only a low recommendation

Foods that help support the immune system are:

  • Garlic - squeeze over cooked vegetables and drizzle with EVO
  • Vitamin A Rich Foods - sweet potato, squashes, cantaloupe melons
  • Hydration drink at least 8 tall glasses of water per day
  • Good sources of protein - quality cut meats if possible, lentils, beans, nut and seeds

Tips for food to store

  • Frozen fruit for smoothies
  • Pea protein powder to add to shakes
  • Frozen vegeteables
  • Dried pulses to make soups and stews
